Welcome to the Pizzelle Company!

Pizzelle are an ancient, traditional Italian cookie, enjoyed originally by my ancestors from the Abruzzi region of Italy. They were initially made on cast iron grills over high heat one at a time taking many hours and sometimes days to make enough for a family gathering.

Today I have taken my family's centuries-old recipe and found a way to produce it for the masses using the same commitment my ancestors put into each and every pizzelle. I bring to you a little taste of my heritage and a treat to be enjoyed worldwide.
