- Are peanuts or nuts used in the manufacturing of your product, or of other products in the facility?
There are no peanuts or nuts in any of the products we manufacture.
- Are your products Kosher?
Our pizzelle are certified Kosher and Pareve by the Orthodox Union and the Kashruth Council of Canada.
The polenta is not certified Kosher.
- Do your products contain gluten?
Our pizzelle are made with all-purpose flour, which contains gluten.
Our polenta is made with corn meal, which does not contain gluten.
- What are some different ways pizzelle can be served?
