A recent study concludes that U.S. consumers are tending towards dessert choices with less added sugar. Fruit and yogurt are becoming more popular choices for after meals.
Although traditional desserts are still in demand, consumers will often combine sweets with other lower-sugar options. Reko Pizzelle are already lower in sugar than leading cookies and sweet snacks. Try topping vanilla-flavored Pizzelle with fruit or low-sugar jam, or substituting crumbled-up maple Pizzelle for granola in low-fat yogurt!
