I have made homemade pizzelles every Christmas & Easter for probably the past 30+ years. Family members would always await our arrival with pizzelles in hand. But, as good as they were, they took forever to make. Even with a double pizzelle maker, it would take at least 1.5-2 hrs to make 60.
When I found these in the store I was skeptical, but you made me a believer. They are fantastic. I cannot tell the taste difference between my homemade and yours. I always made the anise, and a bottle of that alone made them expensive. Congratulations and keep up the good work. I found them at Sprouts in Arizona, but if they disappear (which I doubt) I will order them directly from you. Many thanks from me and my family members.
