These are as wonderful as the vanilla Pizzelles. It is a very light flavor, not heavy at all. Think of the lemon sandwich cookies and that gives you an idea of the level of lemon.
I can only get Pizzelles at my Hostess Outlet. I wish someplace in Lancaster (CA) sells these all so I can feed my addiction. Oh well ordering a case of each flavor should give me a good supply.
By the way, I am a Diabetic. These cookies are a great way for me to have my cake and eat it too, without blowing my carbs or sugar level.
