- Can I order individual packages or mix-and-match flavors?
At the moment, we only offer cases (12 packages) for sale online. If you would like to order a case with a different combination of flavors than what you see on the site, please call us at 1-877-306-7562.
- In what currency are the prices given?
The prices given are in U.S. dollars.
- What payment types do you accept?
We accept VISA and MasterCard only.
- Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the contiguous U.S.
- Can you ship to a Post Office box?
Unfortunately no; we can only ship to street addresses.
- How much does shipping cost?
The cost is currently US$8.95 flat rate per order.
- How do you ship?
We ship via FedEx Ground for U.S. orders, and Canada Post Expedited for Canadian orders.
- What if I have a question about my order?

Returns Policy NuStef Foods Limited are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. All product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our facility. However, due to the delicate nature of the cookies, it is possible that breakage will occur during shipping. NuStef cannot offer refunds on this basis.
