Shipping FAQ

1. Can I order individual packages or mix-and-match flavors?
   At the moment, we only offer cases (12 or 6 packages) for sale online.  If you would like to order a case with a different combination of flavors than what you see on the site, please choose the Mixed Pizzelle and add a note to your order, or call us at 1-877-306-7562.
   
2. In what currency are the prices given?
   The prices given are in U.S. dollars.  To estimate the cost in Canadian dollars, see the Currencies menu on the bottom right side of any product page.
   
3. What payment types do you accept?
   We accept VISA and MasterCard.
   
4. Where do you ship?
   We ship to Canada and the contiguous U.S.
   
5. Can you ship to a Post Office box?
   Unfortunately no; we can only ship to street addresses.
   
6. How much does shipping cost?
   The cost of shipping will be shown in your shopping cart before you finalize your order.
   
7. How do you ship?
   We ship via FedEx Ground for U.S. orders, and Canada Post Expedited for Canadian orders.  Please note that shipping times are estimates and represent business days (i.e. do no include weekends or holidays).  Also note that orders received after 5:00pm Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.
   
8. What if I have a question about my order?
